Computer system upgrade

Due to a system upgrade, we will not have access to any systems from 5pm on Thursday November 6th until Monday 10th November. During this time, we will only be able to take EMERGENCY REPAIR CALLS or report urgent ASB cases on 0300 111 1000 (option 3). This will also affect our access to our Choice Based Lettings system and our payments system so we will not be able to process anything during this time.

You can log repairs through our website address www.tristarhomes.co.uk or email us at customer.services@thirteengroup.co.uk, but we will not be able to action these until the system is back up and running.

We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause you and we hope to resume normal service on Monday 10th November
