Tristar Homes is managed by a Board of Directors, made up of six Tenant Representatives, six Council Nominees, and six Appointed Independent Representatives from the business community and our Managing Director.
The day to day running of the Company is delegated to an Executive Management Team headed by a Managing Director. The six Tenant Directors - consist of at least one person from each of the three townships (Stockton, Thornaby & Billingham).Our Board comprises of:

The Board's central role is to direct the company's work, that is to determine its' strategic direction, deliver the Management Agreement and approve policies and overall expenditure.
