What is Customer Involvement?
- Customer Involvement is sometimes called "Resident Involvement" or "Tenant Participation",
- Customer involvement gives people the power to influence decisions made here at Tristar,
- What customer involvement also means, here in the Stockton Borough Area, is Tristar working either with you as an individual customer or working together with you and other organisations in the communities where you live to make a positive difference to your lives.
Why does Tristar want to involve customers?
We at Tristar want you, our customers, to be involved because we believe that your views are important and can help to:
- Improve services;
- Make us more accountable to service users;
- Provide people with opportunities to make a difference in the places where they live.
Tristar's aim is to involve all customers including tenants, leaseholders and other residents, in the services it provides, at whatever level they choose. Whether people just want to receive information such as receiving a newsletter or want to be very involved in decision-making processes like becoming a board director, we can help.
How can we make Customer Involvement work?
