Customer Involvement Team

The Customer Involvement Team is a small team based in Tristar House, Lockheed Court.

The team consists of 3 members of staff who can help you to become involved and make a difference. They are:

  • Tracey Rix-Mason - Resident Involvement Associate Director
  • Jane Hudson - Customer Involvement Officer
  • Fiona McCulloch - Customer Involvement Officer

Customer Involvement covers a wide spectrum of activities, ranging from giving customers information about their housing service, to their involvement in the direct management of their homes.

It is essential to involve our customers to ensure we improve services, to make us more accountable to the service users and to provide people with the opportunity to make a difference in the place where they live.

We will work with our customers as individuals or work together with them and other organisations in the communities where they live to make a positive difference to their lives.
