National Customer Service Week

From the 6th - 10th October Tristar Homes celebrated National Customer Service week and gaining the Customer Service Excellence Award in style.

We held a seminar and invited other organisations to come along and learn from us. Everyone who came along thought it was great!

The organisations who visited us included Gentoo, Dale and Valley Homes, North Star, Fabric Group, Coast and Country Housing, Endeavour, Cleveland Fire Service, Derwentside House and Gloucester City Homes.

The Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Stockton visited Tristar House to unveil our new banner detailing the CSE successes.

This event was also attended by John McDougall - our Chairperson, several Board Directors and Customers and Colleagues who have been interviewed by the CSE assessor.
