ROAP Review
The Customer Involvement Team has recently completed a review of the Reaching Out Area Panel's (ROAP's).
The findings of the review (which are predominantly very positive) have been shared with customers at a recent 'Keeping You In-touch' meeting and will be shared with employees at local business unit meetings.
Throughout November 2009 we will be involving the ROAP's and local teams in developing an action plan to continue with the strengths identified in the review and address the areas for improvement.
Linda Hopkinson, Customer Involvement Officer who carried out the review would like to thank all the customers and employees that were involved in interviews, customer satisfaction surveys and giving their views, which have helped shape the overall recommendations made.
