What we expect from you
The behaviour we expect from our residents:
We are clear when we specify what standards of behaviour are acceptable from our tenants, their families and visitors to their home. All tenants sign a legally binding Tenancy Agreement that states what their responsibilities are.
Copies of the document are available at all Tristar service points.
How to be a good neighbour
The best way to deal with anti social behaviour is to try not to let it happen in the first place. This means showing consideration for other people and getting on with your neighbours. It means keeping any noise down as much as possible and telling your neighbour in a friendly way if their behaviour is disturbing you.
Remember that you are responsible for the behaviour of your children and visitors to your home. If they cause a nuisance, we will take action against you.
