What we will do to help you
If you do want help, these are some of the options that could be offered to support you:
- Referral to victim support
- Support from your local Housing Office and our specialist teams
- Support from the local Race Equality Council
- Additional security measures to your home
- Installation of attack alarm
- Additional personal security measures
- Provision of alternative accommodation and a supported move in urgent cases
If you are a victim of racial harassment or hate crimes report it to us immediately.

What Action will we take?
We will take action to resolve your concerns using one or a combination of :
- Mediation
- Interviewing and warning the person causing the problem
- Issuing legal proceedings that could include injunctions, ASBO's, possession orders
- Referrals to our partner agencies
