You will be expected to complete diary sheets to tell us about incidents that you see. This is important because you need to be able to tell us what happens so that we can deal with your problem effectively.
They are a number of ways that you can report Anti-Social Behavior (ASB):

- In person at your Local Housing Office
- By telephone to your Patch Manager or the ASB Team
The company buys in a service from the Anti Social Behaviour Team (ASB Team) for serious and persistent anti social behaviour involving council tenants. The ASB Team work across the whole of the borough and can be contacted by email at, asbteam@stockton.gov.uk or you can telephone them on 527615.
Tristar also have a dedicated ASB team comprising of three Reduction Officers which was formed after tenants highlighted ASB as one of their main concerns. The Housing Operatives Manager leads the team, although they respond to cases borough wide. The team can be contacted by email at asbreduction@tristarhomes.co.uk and the three officers can also be contacted by telephone on 01642 526439 or 01642 526440.
You can also contact your local Neighbourhood Housing Office and your Patch Manager will contact you by return.
