For the past four years, Tristar Homes Ltd has been working with Stockton Council and Partnering Contractors Dunelm Property Services, Frank Haslam Milan and Mears Group to carry out a modernisation programme of the Borough's Council homes.
Together, we have already completed modernisation of more than 8,000 houses and flats in the area as part of the Government's "Decent Standard" programme.
The scope of the works may include replacement of:
- Kitchens (with electrical upgrade)
- Bathrooms
- External Doors
See recommendations for maintenance on your new kitchen.
Each property within the programme will be surveyed initially and the contractor will be asked to replace those items deemed necessary to make the property decent. However, we must emphasise that not every property will benefit from all items listed above.
