How do I apply to the Compass scheme?

Application forms are available to complete on line at www.compasscbl.org.uk.
Alternatively you can collect an Application form from Stratford House, your local Neighbourhood Housing Office or by telephoning 0844 736 0007 and asking them to post one out to you.

If you require any assistance in completing the form, please contact Stratford House or your nearest Tristar Homes Office.

Once you have completed your form either post it to Tristar Homes, Home Choice and Customer Support, Stratford House, 11-12 Ramsgate, Stockton on Tees TS18 1BS or hand it in at any of our offices.

When we have processed your application we will write to tell you your band, priority date (if applicable), registration date, username and password.

Coupons are available from Home Choice and Customer Support, Stratford House or your local Neighbourhood Housing Office.

• Note: Bids are not sorted on a first come, first served basis. All bids are sorted in order of their priority bandings and dates after the bidding cycle closes.
