Gas Safety

Unsafe or un-serviced gas appliances can produce carbon monoxide. You can't see it, taste it or smell it but it can kill without warning in a matter of hours and about 30 people a year die from it.

Tristar Homes Ltd are legally required to carry out a safety check on the gas appliances in your home at least once every year. This could save you money and more importantly your life. Therefore, it is essential that we gain access into your home to carry out this safety check

We will write to you and let you know when your service is due. If the appointment we give you is not convenient you can arrange a more suitable time by contacting us on 0844 736 0007 or click here to use our online booking form.

However, please do not ignore our request to do this work as Tristar could take legal action against you if you do not allow access into your home. If your service is due please call our Gas Team to make an appointment or call us on 0844 736 0007.

Stay Safe

Never use a gas appliance if you think it is not working properly, signs to look out for include yellow or orange flames, soot or stains around the appliance and pilot lights which frequently blow out.
Never cover an appliance or block the convection air vents.
Never block or obstruct any fixed ventilation grills or airbricks.
Never block or cover outside flues.
