Gas Servicing
Servicing your Gas Appliance
Unsafe or un-serviced gas appliances produce carbon monoxide. You can't see it, taste it or smell it but it can kill without warning in a matter of hours and about 30 people a year die from it.
Tristar Homes Ltd are legally required to carry out a service on the gas appliances in your home once every year. This could save you money and more importantly your life. Therefore, it is essential that we gain access into your home to carry out this service.
We will write to you and let you know when your service is due. If the appointment we give you is not convenient you can arrange a more suitable time by contacting us on 01642 526969 or by using our online form.
However, please do not ignore our request to do this work as Tristar could take legal action against you if you do not allow access into your home. If your service is due please call our Gas Team to make an appointment or call us on 01642 526969.
