The team have recently launched their new self help guide written in partnership with the Citizens Advice Bureau which you may find of interest. This guide along with our new Money Matters Leaflet and Newsletter are attached below.
Prospective / new tenants may find our cost of tenancy leaflet useful which gives practical advice and information to consider when renting a new home.
We reward our customers every 13 weeks by entering every customer with a clear rent account into a prize draw to win £250. Our next Prize Draw is on the 31st March 2010. There are a wide variety of payment methods currently available. Recently we have extended our Direct Debit scheme to include two monthly payment dates of 1st and 15th. Why not record your payments on our rent record sheet.
