Please note that we have extended our opening hours and are now available to take rent enquiries on a Monday evening between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you need debt advice or are unsure as to what benefits you maybe entitled to, then contact the Income Management team who will be able to provide you with advice and information of help available locally. The team have recently launched their new self help guide written in partnership with the Citizens Advice Bureau which you may find of interest. This guide along with our new Money Matters Leaflet are attached below.
We reward our customers every 13 weeks by entering every customer with a clear rent account into a prize draw to win £250. Our next Prize Draw is on the 30th June 2008. There are a wide variety of payment methods currently available. Recently we have extended our Direct Debit scheme to include two monthly payment dates of 1st and 15th.
Are you interested in joining a credit Union? Tees Credit Union is run by friendly volunteers from within the community, and offers a safe and friendly alternative for people who don't want to use a bank. More details on saving and borrowing via a Credit Union.
Rent Record Sheet
Following suggestions from some customers, a rent record sheet has been designed to help you manage your rent payments. The record can be downloaded and used to record the dates and amounts of your payments, similar to a rent card. The Record Sheet can be downloaded below.
