Appointments with your Debt Prevention Officer

Debt Prevention Officers work closely with Patch Managers and are responsible for the prevention and recovery of all debts. They are based at Tristar House, but from 9th July 2007, they will be holding weekly surgeries at local Housing Offices where you can discuss any problems and get advice, face to face, and in a private interview room.

If you are experiencing any problems in making payments for rent or other housing debts you can make an appointment or just visit your Debt Prevention Officer on the following days:

• Hardwick - Monday 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
• Appleby House - Tuesday 10.00 am - 1.00 pm
• Billingham - Thursday 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm
• Roseworth - Friday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm
• Municipal Buildings - Monday 12.00 pm - 4.00 pm
• Municipal Buildings - Wednesday 12.00 pm - 4.00 pm
