Income Management Team

The Income Management Team are based at Tristar House and work closely with Patch Managers to provide an excellent rent collection and a debt recovery service.

The team are responsible for the prevention and recovery of all housing debts including:

• Current rent arrears
• Former rent arrears
• Garage site rents
• Rechargeable repairs
• Commercial debt

Our Debt Prevention Officers are here to help and will work with you to tackle most financial enquiries. You can talk to us in your home, on the telephone or you can talk to a Patch Manager at your local Tristar Office - whatever suits you.

Our service promises which were developed in consultation with our customers are regularly monitored to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service.
