Tristar Homes recognises that the maximising of rental income for the Council is a key responsibility for the Company and our service objectives, supported by our company values set out the focus for the Company.

The Company Income Management Strategy links directly with the Company's Financial Inclusion Strategy which also aims to ensure the regeneration of neighbourhoods and tackle overall financial exclusion.
