Money Matters Group
We would like to hear from customers who will be willing to attend the Money Matters Groups, which meets every two months. Issues discussed at previous meetings include:-
- Rent Collection performance
- Arrears Letters
- Publicity Campaigns
- Loans
- Benefit entitlement
- Former Tenant Arrears
- Rechargeable Repairs
There are lots of ways in which this group have made a difference in improving the Income Management service.
Armchair Participation
We are also interested to hear from customers who would prefer to take a role in the comfort of their own home. Armchair Participants can contribute to the Income Management service by being part of our consultation process, reading and reviewing documentation without leaving their front room. It is your chance to have your say and to become involved in future decision making.
