Make a complaint

We know there are times when there are things you are not happy about that you will want to raise with us.

Your complaint should initially be taken up with the Leasehold Team. If you are not happy with the outcome Tristar Homes operates a complaints procedure available for all our residents.

However, because the area of leaseholders' service charges is very specialised you may want to take up your grievance with a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT). They are the only body who can determine if a service charge is reasonable.

LVT's are independent and impartial. Hearings are semi - formal and normally consist of three members, a lawyer, a valuer and a layperson. National Helpline: 0845 600 3178. Please refer to the external link below to access their website.
