Leaseholder Forum
We would like to hear from Leaseholders who will be willing to attend Forums on a quarterly / 6 monthly basis with leaseholders taking the major role and eventually taking over the running of the Forums.

Armchair Participation
We are also interested to hear from leaseholders who would prefer to take a roll in the comfort of their own home. Armchair Participants can contribute to the leasehold service by being part of our consultation process, reading and reviewing documentation without leaving their front room. It is your chance to have your say and to become involved in future decision making.

Reach Out Area Panels (ROAP's)
The panel is a way that our customers can be involved to influence the services we provide in the areas where they live.
