Peer Review Inspection
The first peer review was undertaken in January/ February 2008 and concentrated on the Leasehold Service.
The peer review was carried out by the four members of the peer review team.
The outcome was that Leaseholders were receiving a "good service and that there had been improvements since the last inspection."
Officers from the Leasehold Team were interviewed along with officers from the Repairs Contact Centre, Neighbourhood Officers, Technical Services and Procurement. In addition Officers within the Council were interviewed from the Regeneration Team and Right to Buy Section.
Mystery shopping was undertaken and leaseholders attended a focus group to provide their views of the service.
A full report has been compiled following the peer review and an action plan established by the Leasehold team in response.
