Traffic Light Cards

Tristar's Income Management Team have produced "traffic light" cards for customers and a campaign is underway to deliver a card to every customer in a targeted area. Debt Prevention Officers, Customer Services Officers, Patch Managers and Housing Support Officers are going out in force and working together to take intensive action on specific areas.
