Repairs
Reporting your repairs to us is simple. There are four options you can choose from:
Option 1 - Repairs Contact Centre - 0844 736 0007
You can report a repair to the Customer Service Centre either in writing, via a fax or by telephone (all calls are recorded for the purpose of staff training and service improvements).
The Customer Service Centre is open between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Wednesday and Fridays and 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on a Thursday, during which repairs can be raised, outside of these hours emergency make safe repairs can be raised by contacting the same phone number.

Option 2 - Housing Offices
Service phones are available in the reception areas of all Neighbourhood Housing Offices which connect directly to the Customer Service Centre.

Option 3 - By Text Message
Your can report your repair to us via a short text message. Start your message with the word Tristar then provide the first line of your address and a brief description of the repair you require carrying out. There is no need to provide vast amounts of information as someone will ring you back to confirm the details. Please be aware that text messages will only be dealt with during normal working hours. You can still text us out of hours but the message won't be picked up until the working day begins. To text your repair request to us please use the mobile telephone number 60070. Please do not try to ring this mobile number as it is a text only line created specifically for this purpose. (Text messages will be charged at your network's standard rate).
Option 4 - On Line
You can report your repair to us using our new Online Form.
