How do I find out about the progress of my repair?

Unfortunately, our current repairs system does not provide the facility to track the progress of your repair online via the internet.  

However, if you have logged a repair and would like to know what stage it's at you can contact our Repairs Contact Centre on freephone 0800 174491 between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday (8:30am - 4:30pm on a Friday).  Please have your job number and the first line of your address at hand - a member of staff will be able to inform you about the progress of your repair immediately.

Alternatively, you can email us at building.maintenance@tristarhomes.co.uk or text us on 07717 986335 with details of your repair and someone will contact you within 24 hours. Remember to supply the repair job number and the first line of your address, plus details of what you would like to know.
