By Car

Tristar's Billingham Housing Office is approached from the A19 North and South via the signposted turn offs for Billingham Town Centre.  Then, at the junction with Roseberry Road, turn off and follow the road through, turning right at Kingsway, which will bring you to the public car parking available at the rear of the housing centre.

By Bus

There are numerous bus services to and from Billingham Town Centre. The most frequent are:

• The Stagecoach Service 36 runs every 15 minutes throughout the day from Middlesbrough - Stockton - Billingham - Hartlepool in both directions from the main bus stops within the towns
• The Stagecoach Service 52 runs every 10 minutes throughout the day from Teesdale University - Stockton - Billingham - Owington Farm in both directions

By foot

The local Tristar Housing Office situated at Billingham is within the pedestrianised Town Centre, next to the Police Station and below the Art Gallery. There is a large statue of a man, woman and child just outside the housing office.
