What if I have children but they do not live with me all of the time?

Yes, as long as your child(ren) stay with you for at least 3 nights each week and you have 'parental responsibility' for the child(ren).

You will be regarded as having 'Parental Responsibility' if you:

		Are the mother of the child(ren)
		OR
		Are the father of the child(ren) and was married to the mother of the child (ren) at the time of their birth.
		OR
		Are the father of the child and have married the mother since the birth of the child. Have a parental responsibility agreement ratified by Court.
		OR
		Have a parental responsibility Court Order.
		AND
		The person you share parental responsibility with, confirms, where possible, that the care arrangements take place on a regular basis.
