What if I have children but they do not live with me all of the time?
Yes, as long as your child(ren) stay with you for at least 3 nights each week and you have 'parental responsibility' for the child(ren).
You will be regarded as having 'Parental Responsibility' if you:

- Are the mother of the child(ren)

OR |
| |

- Are the father of the child(ren) and was married to the mother of the child (ren) at the time of their birth.

OR |
| |
|
- Are the father of the child and have married the mother since the birth of the child.
- Have a parental responsibility agreement ratified by Court.

OR |
| |
|
- Have a parental responsibility Court Order.
|
| |

AND |
| |
|
- The person you share parental responsibility with, confirms, where possible, that the care arrangements take place on a regular basis.
