To recognise the needs of children in full-time education we will consider the following:
- A child should not be moved away from the school if they are in the last 2 years of compulsory education.
- A child should not be moved from a school between November and May of the year in which they are aged 7, 11, 14, or 16 due to 'Standard Assessment Tests'
- A child aged over 8 years can travel up to 3 miles to a school.
- A child who attends a special need school will be recognised as requiring special consideration.
