What happens after I make a complaint?

When the complaint has been received we will arrange for an officer to be appointed to investigate the matter. This officer will write to you within 5 working days to acknowledge your complaint and inform you of a time period for the investigation.  On most occasions we would expect that we would carry out the investigation within 10 working days.  If the matter takes longer to resolve, we will notify you of this and ensure that we keep you up to date on a regular basis.
