Yes. Once you have made your tenants choice, the necessary surveys have been completed and an approved programme of works has been compiled, the appointed partner and the Investment Team will notify you in advance of any works starting up.
You can expect a personalised visit from the Construction Partners Resident Liaison Officer 7 days prior to the commencement of the works to discuss and advise works to be carried out. Any personal circumstances or problems can also be discussed at this visit that may infringe on the works.
