When will my property be ready?
To find out when your allocated property will be ready, you should contact your Patch Manager who will be able to inform you of exactly what is happening to your property - for example, whether is being repaired or with the cleaners - they will also be able to tell you the estimated date of its 'return'.
The number for your local housing centre will be on the letter which was sent to you offering you the property. However, when you contact the office to let them know you are interested in the property you will be informed at this point in time when to expect the property to be ready.
