Management Charges are the costs payable to Tristar Homes by leaseholders, for day to day management aof the leasehold stock. They are calculated on a percentage of time and costs incurred for example:
- Operation of Housing centres
- Keeping estates in good repair
- Reporting external/communal repairs
- Information technology system
- Calculation and administration of invoices
- Account Monitoring and Collection
