Yes, certain repairs will be undertaken on appointment. These are available for mainly non-emergency minor repairs and can be arranged when reporting your repairs through our Customer Service Centre. Where an appointment can be made, you will be given a morning or afternoon appointment on a specific date. If this is not suitable, we will offer an appointment outside of what is seen as the 'normal' working week e.g. early morning / late evening / weekends (where necessary).
