Do I receive confirmation that I have reported my repair?

Yes, Tristar Homes will post receipts for all reported repairs whether the repair is to be pre-inspected by a Technical Officer or issued immediately as a job order to a tradesman. In addition, when a Technical Officer calls to inspect a reported repair, he will leave a receipt slip advising of the repair details. A further receipt will be sent once the associated job order has been raised.
