Do I receive confirmation that I have reported my repair?
When you report a repair to our Customer Services Centre, a verbal confirmation of the repair and the appointment will be given at that time. You will also be asked if you require written confirmation of the repair / inspection appointment.
In addition to that, when an Inspector calls to inspect a reported repair, they will leave a receipt slip advising the repair details. Once the associated job has been raised, we will attempt to contact you by telephone to advise you of the new appointment. If we are unable to contact you, we will issue an appointment confirmation letter.
The appointment confirmation letter will state the description of the repair, and show the date agreed by the tenant and will indicate whether the appointment is for a morning, afternoon, evening or Saturday.
A record will be kept on our database where tenants advise the Customer Service Centre that they do not wish to receive a letter.
