I am moving home - what do I do?

Under your Tenancy Agreement you are obliged to give Stockton Borough Council 4 weeks notice in writing of your intent to terminate your Tenancy Agreement. You will also be required to complete an official termination form either before or at the time you return your house keys to the local housing office.

You are advised to contact your Patch Manager to discuss what you are required to do prior to leaving your house.
