Direct Debit Incentives

As a thank you to our customers who pay their rent by Direct Debit we have introduced two Direct Debit incentives.

All customers who pay by Direct Debit will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £100.00. As long as you have paid Direct Debit for the previous 3 month period then you will automatically be entered and could win the prize. All prizes will be paid into a Credit Union account. The next prize draw is 30th June 2008.

The second incentive enables customers to receive a £10.00 cheque if they recommend a friend or relative to pay by Direct Debit.

All Direct Debit Customers need to do is:

• Recommend a friend or relative to pay their rent by Direct Debit.
• Ask them to ring 0800 389 3288 and provide the Income Management Team with the name and address of the person who has recommended them as a friend.

As soon as we have received confirmation that the new customers payments have cleared onto their account we will send the nominating direct debit customer a cheque for £10.00.

If the customers rent account is not clear the £10.00 will be credited to their rent account.
