Current Tenant Issues

The housing management service is provided from a number of decentralised housing offices. Staff are responsible for:-

• Collection of rent
• Management of rent arrears
• Management of empty properties
• Letting homes
• Housing management
• Tenancy issues
• Estate caretaking

In addition, our Allocations & Housing Advice Team are responsible for the allocation of homes to people who have applied through the housing register or the Homes To Go scheme.

Offices are also able to offer a freephone facility to certain other services, e.g repairs, council tax, CFYA.

Moving House - Change of address on-line form

Please use the below link to inform Council services if you are moving home in the near future or have recently moved. If you wish, Stockton Council can share the information with Tristar Homes and Tees Active therefore making the change of address process easy and simple.
