Estate Walkabouts
Tristar Homes are inviting all customers to join in inspections of all of our estates throughout the borough with staff from your local housing centre. Patch Managers regularly check their patch to see if there are any problems that they or the Council need to deal with.
Depending on the size of the patch, these inspections will take between one and two hours - but, don't worry, if you don't want to be included in the whole walk you can make arrangements with your Patch Manager to join in at a point along the route.
We'll publish the timetable for the walks three months at a time and if you can't go in one quarter then don't worry we'll be arranging them four times a year for every patch. When we've carried out the walk we'll deal with any issues and publish what we've done on this section of our site - so watch this space for details of concerns raised and resolved. We'll also send anyone who goes on the walkabout a personal copy of these details, and copies of all of our reports will be available at our housing centres and at our headquarters at Tristar House.
