This section of the website is dedicated to information about the neighbourhood you live in.

Understanding and addressing the issues that affect our Customers with their neighbourhoods is something that Tristar Homes is achieving through the Neighbourhood Plans. These are local documents that outline the issues that customers have raised and how we intend to solve them. The documents are updated regularly to ensure that the Neighbourhood Plans accurately address issues effecting customer today.

We also have 4 customer led panels (Reaching Out Area Panel or ROAP). These panels are made up of 'Patch Champions' representing each neighbourhood within the area, bringing forward local issues and concerns. The panel also has the ability to fund small local projects, which can make a difference to the community.
