Getting involved with your landlord means you can bring fresh ideas and help us improve services, neighbourhoods and opportunities for our customers.
Why get involved with Thirteen?
By joining with other customers on groups, projects and panels, you can have your say and help to develop our services and improve neighbourhoods across the Tees Valley. You can work with other tenants to help us make decisions and influence how we work and use resources in your neighbourhood.
It's completely free for you to get involved in our groups and projects and the Customer Involvement Team can guide you through the whole process of working with us. Getting involved can help you personally and make things better in your neighbourhood, so if you've ever thought to yourself 'I could make things better', you can:
As well as helping us, volunteering with our groups can bring you a number of benefits. You can gain experience from working on different projects while meeting new people and developing your skills.

Our Customer Involvement Team manages how customers work with the Thirteen group.
