Home repairs and maintenance

Our in-house maintenance team carries out the repairs and maintenance work on your home.

We have a range of skilled staff including plumbers, electricians, plasterers and bricklayers to maintain and repair your home. We also employ gas fitters to service and repair heating systems.

When we’re particularly busy, we use selected sub-contractors to help provide our services.

How to report a repair   

You can report a repair by:

  • completing the online form below – please do not use the form to report emergency repairs
  • contacting our customer service centre
  • text us details of the repair starting your message with TRISTAR to 60070
  • for people who are hard of hearing we offer type talk
  • reporting through the Self Service website.

When you report a repair we’ll ask whether you need written confirmation of the appointment which will give details about the repair and the appointment.
